Protect your files with encryption, password protection, and file locking

File Encryption (Premium)

HStorage uses customer-managed encryption. The file itself is encrypted, so even if it is leaked, it cannot be recovered.

Simply turn on the encryption toggle in the upload options to automatically encrypt files.

You can set a password at upload time or on an existing file.

When someone tries to download a password-protected file, they will be prompted to enter the password.

All uploaded files are scanned for viruses in real time.

If a virus is detected, a warning appears at the time of download. Safe files display a safety mark.

Locking a file protects it from deletion and overwriting, helping to prevent accidental deletions.

To unlock, select unlock from the file menu.

Set a maximum number of times a file can be downloaded.

The file is automatically deleted when the set number of downloads is reached. Be careful not to set this on important files.
